Program Overview
The Fulbright Graduate Student Program 2026-2027 is a partnership program of the LEPL - International Education Center (IEC) and the Government of the United States. The program aims to provide full financial support for Georgian students pursuing Master’s studies in any academic discipline at universities in the United States.
The program is based on
- - The Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Education, signed between the Government of Georgia and the Government of the United States on October 12, 2023,
- - The Grant Administration Agreement signed on September 11, 2023 between the IEC and the International Institute of Education (IIE).
-
The IEC has been a partner of Fulbright Graduate Student Program since 2016.
Program Implementation
The program is administered by the US Embassy in Georgia, and the IEC participates in the selection of candidates through an open competition.
