The program “Funding Opportunities for Master's Studies for Contribution to Regional Development in Georgia (MSR_2025-2026)” provides the opportunity to receive funding to pursue Master’s degree abroad.

Program Objectives
This program is designed to:
- Expand access to international Master’s programs and promote the practical application of acquired knowledge in municipalities for regional development;
- Train qualified professionals aligned with labor market needs;
- Support the integration of graduates into key sectors and institutions across Georgia’s regions.

Grant Duration and Conditions
- The grant may be awarded as full or partial funding, for one academic year.
- Continued funding may be provided for the following academic year, within the official duration of the Master’s program, subject to high academic performance.

Eligibility Criteria
The competition is open to:
- Citizens of Georgia (including holders of a neutral identity card and/or neutral travel document)

Applicants are required to meet the following requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s or higher academic degree, or
- Be currently enrolled in a master’s program abroad and requesting funding for the upcoming academic year, within the official duration of the program;
- Demonstrate high academic performance;
- Be recommended by a potential employer located in a region of Georgia.
