Program Overview

The Scholarship Program in the Republic of Kazakhstan 2025–2026 is an international partnership program based on the Agreement signed on 6 February 2025 between the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in higher, postgraduate education, and science.

The program is administered by the LEPL International Education Center for the purpose of nominating candidates, while the final decision on awarding scholarships to nominated candidates is made by the Kazakhstani side.

Program Objectives

The program aims to provide funding for tuition and living expenses for studies at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels in Kazakhstan.

Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to:

• - Citizens of Georgia, as well as holders of a neutral identity card and/or a neutral travel document

Application Timeline
